Two (2) – 6 storey reinforced concrete residential (rental) buildings each with a roof top mechanical penthouse, pergola and pool. 1 common underground basement parking level. 

Tower C - 60,000 sq. ft.

Tower D - 50,000 sq. ft.

Total area 145,000 sq.ft.

 Building structure supported on conventional spread and strip footings founded on solid rock. 

Construction of a conventional non-structural slab on grade.
