- 6 Storey multi-use commercial center with 2 basements (2nd basement parking garage)

- 100,000 sq.ft. reinforced concrete structure supported on a system of drilled caissons.

- Tenants include 6th floor restaurant with outside terraces, basement grocery store, professional offices, retail shops, a bank and a pharmacy

Construction Cost: $14 million
