 Complete demolition and reconstruction of the 15,000 sq. ft. underground parking garage.

Consisting of a reinforced concrete joist and beam construction, including application of a new membrane system.

Addition of a Hydro Quebec Annexe room. Work carried out in four (4) phases

(Phase 1 - 2001, Phase 2 - 2004, Phases 3 and 4 - 2006);

Client: Monit Properties Inc.
