kosher kitchen, lunchroom & synagogue.

- Complete reconstruction of the existing brick facades.

- Repairs and reconstruction of damaged concrete beams, columns and slabs

Addition of new roof top platforms for new mechanical HVAC units.

Construction Cost: $3.5 million
